From the Executive Director’s Desk – April 2012 Newsletter

Arnie
We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsake; struck down, but not destroyed.

2 Corinthians 4:9 –  Thanks be to God for His keeping power and reminder that all things are  under His control. Nothing happens without His allowing it and it is all to His  glory, the strengthening of our faith and blessing to others.

Thank you for your faithful prayers for the recent mission trip to Guyana and  for the team members. I am happy to let you know that the Lord really  blessed with a wonderful team that blended in very well and worked hard to  achieve the task set before them both medically and spiritually. It was not  without the attacks from the evil one but greater is He who is in us than He  who is in the world.

Praise God for the rapid expansion of the Bible Club Ministry in Kenya, and  for the many young people coming to know the Lord. Bible clubs are being established in schools at a rate where we are unable to provide sponsors— and that’s a good problem. We presently have six full-time workers and are  trusting God for at least another eight. Please pray that the Lord will meet  the needs of these workers. At present they are trusting God to meet their  needs.

Please pray with us for a blessed time together as we celebrate 25 years in  ministry on April 21, 2012, and for the delegates traveling from overseas.

Pray especially for the three Maasai, that they will be granted their visas.

As you read this newsletter I pray that the Lord will lay on your heart the need to partner with us so we continue to see God touch and change lives through ministry, medical missions and sustainable projects. We need the financial help of people like yourself to keep this ministry going and so I thank you for your prayerful consideration.

Arnold Doobay,
Executive Director
